Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Billever ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at support@billever.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the firm, customer, invoice and payment data you enter. You grant us the limited right to store and process that data solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload, including logos and signatures.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading invoicing.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Do not probe, scan, overload or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not upload content that infringes another party's rights.

5. Plans, limits and pricing

Plan limits — such as the number of firms per account — are shown in the app and may change. Pricing is displayed on the pricing section of our website; where a plan is offered at no charge, we may introduce or revise fees in future with prior notice.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided on an "as available" basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features over time.

7. Tax and legal responsibility

Billever is a record-keeping tool. You remain responsible for the correctness of the tax treatment, GSTIN details, invoice contents and statutory filings for your business. See our Disclaimer page for more detail.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Billever is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business or data, arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
