Accuracy of your records
The Service calculates totals and taxes from the values you enter, including GSTIN, state, tax rate, HSN or SAC codes and amounts. You are responsible for verifying every invoice before it is issued and for the accuracy of the data in your ledgers.
Automatic extraction
Details read from an uploaded image using AI extraction are suggestions only. They can be incomplete or wrong. Always review the fields before saving them.
Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the software will be free of errors.
Backups
While we take care to store your records safely, you should keep your own copies of invoices and statements that you are required to retain, for example by exporting or printing them as PDF.
